Parent Update 6th January 2021

6th January 2021

Dear Parent,

During the national lockdown, St Anne’s remains open for vulnerable children and the children of critical workers.

The criteria for these can be found at: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/coronavirus-covid-19-maintaining-educational-provision/guidance-for-schools-colleges-and-local-authorities-on-maintaining-educational-provision.

If you meet the above criteria and wish to take up this provision, please go to the school website: https://st-annes-soton.eschools.co.uk/web and find each week’s registration form on the front page.

You must sign up for provision from the 11th to the 15th January, even if you previously signed up for the first two weeks of term as the situation has now changed with the national lockdown.

Signing up allows us to ensure we can safeguard your children as we will know who to expect. We would strongly encourage all who meet the criteria to attend. If you choose not to do so, your child will still be expected to engage fully in remote education.

By filling out this form, you are registering your child for the whole week and we will expect them to attend as normal. If your child is ill, please contact the school using attendance@st-annes.uk.com or by calling the school on 023 8032 8200. If they do not attend and you do not contact us, we will contact you as we do for any unexplained absence.

Thank you
