Dear Year 9 Parents,
We look forward to welcoming you to our KS4 Curriculum Evening event on Wednesday, 26th January 2022 at 6pm. The event will be happening online rather than in person, and can be accessed using the link below.
The evening will talk you through the expectations for your daughter’s key stage 4 (Years 10 and 11) curriculum and subsequent GCSEs, what subjects are compulsory and what options your daughter has available to her for the next stage of her education. For those attending live, there will be the opportunity for a question and answer session at the end of the talk. If you are unable to join us live, then the same link will take you to a playback of the event so you can watch it at a time convenient to you and your family.
There will also be more information coming out to you and your daughter in the form of an online booklet, and our website will provide links to subject-specific information from our heads of department.
After Wednesday, your daughter will be given an option choices sheet to complete so we can start to plan to meet your daughter’s choices for September. The deadline for returning the form is Friday, 11th February.
We look forward to seeing those that can make it on Wednesday, and to supporting your daughter on the next exciting stage of her secondary school journey!
