Do you have any questions about admissions? Do you want to know what to do if you daughter hasn’t been offered a place? Questions about your daughter starting?

Please see our FAQ Frequently Asked Questions document at the bottom of this page. If this doesn’t answer your question, please get in touch

We encourage all parents to ensure that they make an online application via their local authority and put their preferred school as first choice. Additionally, We recommend that applicants fill in a SIF and return it to the school with their evidence by the 31st October. Please do read the SIF carefully and only supply the information requested. We have in the past been sent lovely certificates for wonderful things but these cannot form part of the admission process.

For the past three years, we have been able to offer places to girls in either category 11 or 12 on the admissions policy for that year. We have pupils who come from a wide range of primary schools and from different areas of the city and beyond. For pupils who are unsuccessful in obtaining a place, we hold a waiting list and this is regularly reviewed and places are offered as places become available; typically due to pupils moving overseas or out of the area.

To find out more about our musical aptitude test please click here

As per the admissions policy, all tests for musical aptitude have now taken place. This is necessary to ensure that parents have certainty before they apply as to whether they are eligible for this category. As such, the tests have already taken place and there is no possibility of an extra place.
