As in previous years, we have gathered the views from parents through parents evenings. A box is left at the main reception for parents to complete on their way in or out of the evening. We have then posted home questionnaires to those parents who did not attend the evening. In this way, every parent in the school has the chance to have their say about the school.

In 2015-2016, we had 268 responses, which is 26% of the school community; the highest response rate in the last 4 years. 28 questionnaires were received by post from parents not attending the parents evening, which is 10% of the responses.

This is a fantastic school. Newly qualified teachers are naturally less adventurous regarding teaching methods but my child responds well to being given responsibility for learning and is doing well. We are very pleased with her progress and development. More places for Duke of Edinburgh would be good.
