Dear Parent,

Free school meal provision

Our provision for families who have free school meals is changing. If you are in receipt of free school meals, please read the following information which explain what the changes are and how to receive them. If you have not previously been eligible but your family circumstances have recently changed, we may still be able to help, please email info@st-annes.uk.com so that someone can be in touch with you.

For the Easter holidays (UPDATE: registration for this is now closed).

You will be able to apply for a weekly “food pack” which contains enough food for 5 lunches. You can pick these up on Tuesdays 7th April and Tuesday 14th April from 12-2pm, or you can ask for them to be dropped off at your home that same afternoon if you are self-isolating or struggling with transport.  Food packs will typically contain: A loaf of bread, pack of butter, ham, tin of tuna, 5 x cheese portions, 5 x mixed yoghurts, 5 x drinks, 5 x apples. You can select a vegetarian option if you wish.

For after the Easter holidays:

We will offer the same two options above: i.e. weekly food pack to be picked up, or weekly food pack dropped off, but also a third option of food vouchers if you would prefer. These vouchers are £15 a week and will give you the flexibility to buy what you want, when you want and at a range of shops, which you may prefer.

Both forms can be found on the front page of our website at: www.st-annes.uk.com. If you want help completing the form, please contact us.

We wish you and your family well. For more government information on staying safe, please visit: https://www.gov.uk/coronavirus

Best regards
